A feasibility study for establishing a frozen fruits production plant using IQF (Individual Quick Freezing) technology, aimed at preserving fruit quality in terms of taste, nutritional value, and natural appearance. The project includes integrated stages starting from receiving and sorting fresh fruits, followed by washing, peeling, and cutting, then rapid freezing, and finally packaging and cold storage. The project targets local and international markets, especially food companies, hotels, restaurants, and distribution chains, with potential for export expansion and future production capacity growth.
